perfect technique in linebacking and perfect technique in the 40. haha he looked more like 4.65 on film but 4.50 is VERY surprising.

just ran a 4.78 now that looks more like what i saw on film. the 40 is so overrated. if you train for the 40 you can run a good one. its all about the start.
