If you're looking at www.spotrac.com (which i believe you are), you can figure it out from the footnote section right below the player's current contract. It'll tell you what makes up the misc. bonus. Sometimes, it could be a second signing bonus on top of the first one (due to restructuring) like with A. Rolle's contract or Big Ben's contract. It could also be incentives, roster bonus, workout bonus, etc..., which is pointed out in the footnote section.
