eh who knows. Tampa Bay wanted to interview him and the Giants denied.

I'm sure they all know something we don't

After winning two SB , I trust what Jerry Reese and Coughlin come up with.

I don't get it, you see sons of coaches working for their fathers, I just would not do it, I would want to make my own way. Even the appearance of favoritism would bother me.

I don't know how we expect him to coach WR when he can't even grow a real moustache like his father

Idk. How would you feel having to coach against your father. How would you feel if it was the Superbowl? Would you be willing to crush your fathers dreams to fulfill your own?

Everyone has to start somewhere and he seems like he has a reputation for being a decent coach.

I get what you are saying but I'm sure this guy has a passion for football. Imagine how hard it is to get your foot in the door in the NFL as a non former player. He has a way in and is taking advantage of it.

Nothing qualifies him......I winced when they initially hired him and said "Ohhhh boy another Gilbride.....now they're really rooted in....."</P>

(not knocking Gilbride....just not a fan and think others could do better)</P>

Is Sean Ryan the old Jets TE?

Gilbride's pass attack is one of the best in the business, and he's won two Super Bowls, yet he still draws the ire of Giants fans. Crazy.

I don't know anything about the guy. All I know is that before last season when we got a new QB coach for Eli and I (like many others) were concerned, Eli ended up having the best season of his career. Hopefully this works out just as well.
