GIANTS TO NAME MAT RHULE ASSISTANT OFFENSIVE LINE COACH, ACCORDING TO REPORT (http://www.nj.com/giants/index.ssf/2012/03/the_giants_to_name_matt_rhule.html)
"The Giants have hired Temple assistant coach Matt Rhule as their new
assistant offensive line coach, <a href="http://coachingsearch.com/coaching-search-ticker.html">according to a
report from CoachingSearch.com.</a>
Shortly after Jack Bicknell Jr. left to join the Chiefs, <a href="http://www.nj.com/giants/index.ssf/2012/03/giants_to_promote_sean_ryan_to.html">someone
familiar with the Giants' plans to replace him described Rhule as the "lead
dog."</a> The search continued for a while, though, and included a few more
candidates, including former Giants lineman Grey Ruegamer.</p>
In the end, the "lead dog" apparently bit.</p>
With the hiring of Rhule and <a href="http://www.nj.com/giants/index.ssf/2012/03/giants_hire_lsu_assistant_lund.html">offensive
quality control coach Lunda Wells</a>, as well as the promotion of Kevin M.
Gilbride and Sean Ryan, the Giants' coaching staff is set for the 2012
season."</p>
