Re-Sign Jacobs with added 1.6mil to Cap Space?

Now that we got that 1.6 mil from Dallas and DC getting penalized (freaking awesome DC loses 36 mil and Dallas loses 10 mil) do we give Jacobs the deal he was looking for?

It was 500,000 dollars that seperated the two parties, now that we basically got that plus another million, why wouldn't we re-sign him??

Hopefully Reese and Jacobs are talking as we speak and we hear something by tomorrow before FA officially starts

I'd bring him back for one more year. I think the real problems with the running game lay with the o-line.
