GIANTS CONTINUE TO MAKE MOVES ON DAY 1 OF FREE AGENCY (http://www.northjersey.com/sports/pro_sports/football/Giants_continue_to_make_moves_on_Day_1_of_free_age ncy.html)

"The Giants were not finished re-signing cornerbacks when they re-upped
Terrell Thomas earlier Tuesday.<div id="storybody">

They re-signed Michael Coe and Justin Tryon, and also inked tackle Joel
Reinders and tight end Larry Donnell, looking to fill two holes on the roster.
But neither of the newcomers has played in an NFL regular-season game.</p>

The team also is planning to host a visit Tuesday night by Cowboys free agent
tight end Martellus Bennett, whom the team has identified as a top target. The
Bennett news was first reported by ESPNDallas.com.</p>

Coe, 28, moved up the depth chart last season — his fifth in the NFL and
second with the Giants—after Thomas tore his ACL. He played in the first 10
games before suffering a season-ending shoulder injury in November. He was the
fifth Giants cornerback to be placed on injured reserve in 2011, joining Thomas,
Bruce Johnson, Tryon and Brian Witherspoon.</p>

Tryon — who joined the Giants in October after he was released by the
Indianapolis Colts — made a good impression despite breaking his arm in October.
Coach Tom Coughlin raved about his heart when the corner tried to re-enter a
game despite his broken arm.</p>

Reinders and Donnell were added for depth. The Giants told veteran RT Kareem
McKenzie last week that they did not intend to re-sign him. And tight ends Jake
Ballard and Travis Beckum both tore ACLs in the Super Bowl.</p>

The 6-foot-8, 317-pounds Reinders was in training camp with the Cleveland
Browns in 2010 as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Waterloo in
Canada, where he was a basketball player.</p>

The 6-foot-6, 269-pound Donnell played at Grambling State from 2007-10,
catching 38 passes for 432 yards and 11 touchdowns."</p></div>

Yeah everything looks good so far, I guess after the draft everything should be final, because we don't really need that much.

Eh... it will be interesting to see what is done with the OL and LB corps.

I'm guessing we'll be drafting a lot of young talent to groom

Probably draft them in the first 2 rounds, and in that case you know they can step in and play right away if they're 1st and 2nd rounders so, I'm not worried.
