Don't be shocked if Steve Smith shows up somewhere better than ever, to compare him to what happened last year is showing your lack of the game. He got picked up by the Eagles to basically be prodded to information about the Giants offense, was by no means ready to play when he did get in and did not fit at all into the offense that Andy likes to run.

Smith is and will remain a possesion reciever who will be there everytime to get the first down and keep the chains moving.

Can he do that with the QB with ST. Louis, that is the question, he came out of the box quick, then took a step back with injury and changing offense, he could use a go to guy like SS.

We'll have to wait and see how it all works out but I'm pulling for SS to play up to his old self again, just now when they play the Giants.

I don't understand Smith in St.Louis. Don't they already have Amendola in the slot? Maybe they want Smith out wide but that's not really where he'd excel for them IMO.

Regardless I hope it works out for him.
