Haha, if he were gonna be extremely cheap I'd say put him in at RB/TE, but we all know that's not the case.

He might be a good replacement for Jacobs! lol

Why does someone need to post a thread about every stinking player that comes available? Tebow and his media circus has no place on this Giants team.

He can be the designated knee taker.

He could play QB for the scout team when facing athletic QBs. He could also lead the team prayer, and let everyone know that he is a Christian over and over again.

Better yet, he could play HB for the scout team...

This whole thing today with peyton 99.9 percent lock to go to denver has made the niner and dolphins boards blow up.

Niner fans were so sure that bringing in MM was a sure sign that peyton talked to eli about him and they were making way for peyton to become a niner. NOW their boards are all crazy with Goback and get alex and up the 3yr offer. They are saying they could go from SB contenders to NOTHING because of their FO.

THey are also saying that they were bring in David Gerard for a look. LOL and poss of a Tebow Trade is another topic on there. I dont think their FO is going to let an unproven 2nd round draft choice take over the reins of a team that was ready to win.

On Dolphins board they are like the Red Headed Step Sister with being courted by peyton and then rejected by him. Then turning their attention to Matt Flynn and losing out on him to the Seahawks. Then they bring in Alex Smith as a 3rd choice which we really have not heard how that 5hour meeting went. The Dolphin board is not real high on him. There is also talk on their board of a Tebow trade.

The QB Matt Moore that was with them last season has already signed a new deal elsewhere so cant resign him. What happened with Chad Henne?

FROM TWITTER
So let me get this straight: first the Colts gave the Broncos John Elway now the Colts give the Broncos Peyton Manning.
@jayfeely Jay Feely Retweet

and for Tebow? let us make him our NEW 4th string running back

Stalking me into other threads, seriously you're that upset about my suggestion that Manningham might be less than a genius?

I thought the ;-) made it clear that this was tongue-in-cheek, but some people are a little slow...like you and Manningham, for example.

Tebow would only come here as a conditioning stint. He'd have no chance to start while Eli is healthy. Now could he use a year or 2 learning from Eli? Absolutely. But Carr is signed to be the #2 next year so at best Tebow would be the #2 in 2 years. Maybe by that time he could get his mechanics down to show himself off. But him coming here would make more sense for him than the Giants.

I think that I hear Tebow's career flushing down the drain... and I am all smiles. I really thought that he exploited his personality to mask his talent. Charisma can only take you so far... at some point, you have to be accountable for your true limitations.

Money aside. I'd love to have him in the backfield with the option to run or pass. That would help open up the run game. I am probably the only one to like the idea, but so be it.

Where would you have Eli in this scheme?

Eli will be as far away from the play as possible.
