Ha, its funny how Reese has done apparently the unthinkable decision wise when it comes to LBs and specifically at MLB but he always seems to have the answers. This changes a lot of things, first it sets or starts the value market for Goff and iN the end if he goes it could change the decision making in the first or second day of drafday.

Wow this is unexpected. I'd like to see one of our young LB's (except Jones) handle the position if Goff doesn't come back and we don't sign anyone.

they must be high on herz or someone else, they must have a plan because we would have heard something about offering him a deal or looking at a FA

+1. I don't know what he's thinking, but I'd rather have Chase anyway.

Goff seemed like he was ready to get to that next level right before he got hurt.

Oh well now he will disappear into the obyss never to be heard from again if he signs with them. Goes from a 4 time SB Title winning Franchise to ???

This changes nothing. Giants have set a value to Goff, and if the Browns beat that value, that's fine. There's Chase waiting in the wings to step in until the youngsters are ready.

Also, it takes another team off the market for Curtis Lofton, who'd be nice if the market forced him to take a short term value deal.
