Sports illustrated package? Did anyone receive it?

Just wondering if anyone who ordered thebsuperbowl champions package from sports illustrated received anything yet.

I received the DVD about 3 weeks ago and was told the book was still being made.

Has anyone received the book and the ball? Has anyone bought these packages in the past and know about the time when they are normally received?

No I have not received mine either. I got the same thing with the DVD arriving but I'm still waiting on my hard cover book and football.
