View Full Version : RIP "MCA"; aka Adam Yauch of the Beastie Boys
MCA, aka Adam Yauch, has passed away today. So far cause of death is unknown, but it likely due to his battle with cancer. He was 47 and leaves behind a wife and daughter.
Today is a sad day.

License to Ill was the first tape I ever bought as a kid. I remember my dad throwing it away when he found out it has cursing in it. Needless to say it was also one of the first cd's I bought once I was older.

Can't believe how few responses this thread received. (I know it's not necessarily Giants related, but DJ Hurricane was aways rocking the Giants gear) In the immortal words of another late genius named Rodney Dangerfield: "No respect, I tell ya....no respect!"

Agreed. I thought this thread would have gotten flooded, too, like some of the others.
BTW, I always thought Hurricane was underrated as a DJ.
