GIANTS' ASSISTANT SPECIAL TEAMS COACH LARRY IZZO ONCE WENT "NUMBER 2" ON SIDELINE (http://www.giants101.com/2012/05/04/new-york-giants-assistant-special-teams-coach-larry-izzo-once-went-number-2-on-sideline/http://) [+o(]

"In recent years, several players have been spotted on the sidelines
urinating. Most recently, it was San Diego Chargers kicker Nick Novak. However,
current <a class="st_tag internal_tag" title="Posts tagged with New York Giants" href="http://www.giants101.com/tag/new-york-giants/" rel="tag nofollow">New York

Izzo</a> once took it a step further.

Wide receiver Wes Welker revealed during an interview with Dan LeBatard of
ESPN that Izzo once defecated on the Patriots' sideline (http://larrybrownsports.com/football/wes-welker-larry-izzo-dump-sidelines-patriots-game/133334)…and was rewarded
with a game ball for pulling it off.</p>
<blockquote>

“This is 100% true,” Welker said. “And Larry would be so mad at me if I said
that this did not happen, because he takes ultimate pride in this whole deal. Of
all the special teams tackles and Pro Bowls he’s made, I guarantee you that game
ball is probably a more prized item for him than his Super Bowl
rings.”</p></blockquote>

Some of the immediate questions that come to mind after reading this story
have been left unsaid…which is probably for the best. Then again, the story
itself may have been better off left untold. Yet here we are.</p>

Ahhh, post-NFL (http://www.giants101.com/tag/nfl/) Draft,
pre-rookie mini-camp football (http://www.giants101.com/tag/football/). These are the types of things that make the
news.</p>

Wouldn't you think they'd have thought about Port-A-John by now? The seat could be an inverted helmet.

Sounds good until Eli is in there taking a dump & a play goes off the sideline and knocks the thing over & he emerges covered poop....

No "loafing" on the field - sidelines only!

Waaait. Larry Izzo and Wes Welker only played together in 2007-2008.

Think they saved that helmet and called it their 18-1 Lombardi Trophy?
