Tom Coughlin's Practice Hat

Has anyone else noticed Tom Couglin's practice hat?

The thing looks as if it has not been washed in months or years, lol.

I'm guess it's some kind of superstition/lucky hat, but man.....it looks exactly like the hat he wore a few years back, lol. Same stains, discoloration....everything, lol.
