Can't play videos in the video section

I can't play the videos in the video section, either it just plays the commercial or doesn't play at all...could you take a look.

I didn't try to view any of the ceremony stuff just the rookie camp videos

My problem with the videos is they play out of sync and slow...I can hear it fine but the video just lags...

I've given up trying to fix it...so sorry, I can't help you.
