He says there's "no doubt" he'll be back for week 1 vs the 'boys.

Is that enough or is he going to be in big shape. Of course he is... why would he even say it will be bad news for Cowgirls.

He didn't say it would be bad news. I did.

There are things he can do to stay in shape while getting better. From the day he had surgery it was 15 weeks until the 1st game.

I think he will be back because he has shown he recovers fast from injuries, but there is no rush. Everyone is different. Beatty seemed to recover from the same injury fairly quick while I took Prince a bit longer. I think what held back Prince was that he was a rookie in a lock out season.

I don't think we even need him to beat cowboys, keep him out till he's 100 percent. It's only the first game. We lost the first game of the season to a division rival last season ans we didn't turn out to bad in long run

No reason to rush him back

But there's a difference between losing to the Redskins and Cowboys. A loss to the Redskins is probably the same as losing to an AFC team. It doesn't really effect our playoff chances any more than a loss to any other team does (at least for another year or two). But we'll be competing for the divisional title with the Cowboys and Eagles. Losses to them mean that we lose the tie-breaker, which could be key to making the playoffs.

Don't underestimate the cowboys.

That being said, don't rush Nicks!
