A lot of the time it's Eli audibling to the draw. They scored both their two point conversions the last two weeks with the draw play.

Hadn't thought about it until now but can you imagine that conversation from Ryan's old man, "Are are you kidding me? You lost to THAT guy?!?!"</P>

I just really dislike Gilbride's red zone calls, they seem really clunky and disorganized.

He's excellent between the 20s however.

Eli is so comfortable in this Offense

could you imagine what would happen if he has to change systems...I doubt Gilbride would be unemployed long

That doesn't count. His playcalls need to be 100% perfect 100% of the time. Otherwise, he's a bum. lol

Lol. Whether Eli audibles or not matters not. Gilbride holds all the cards no matter what. Here's an explanation:</P>

I cringe at the thought of blowing up the entire offensive system and starting from scratch.

It's like unless the Giants have the number one offense in the league, Gilbride has to go.

Thatis not what would have to happen. Tweaks to the system could be made to make it better. It wouldn't take much enhancing to make it unstoppable. A few plays changed here, a few plays added there and a few plays removed completely here and there. Also the timing andpace (cough, no huddle, cough)of when and how things are called can always be improved. Eli would have trememdous amount of say in what we'd run offensively under a new coaching regime.</P>

... Would also like to ask fat *** how confusing Eli worked out for him.

Agreed strongly, aside from one other issue:

His mystifying long pass plays called on 3rd and short. Taking a shot is fine, but not when the alternative is having to punt in a situation that's otherwise a high-percentage conversion.

How often is it thatdeep routesare the only routes being run in those situations? Probably not very often. </P>

You can't blame KG for Eli's decision to go deep if there are shorter routes being run, too. If on 3rd and 4, KG has a play called where 2 receivers are running routes between 4-15 yards, you can't blame KG if Eli decides to throw toa 3rdguy 30 yards downfield.</P>
