still has not participated in any Organized Team Activities (OTA's).


Jorge Castillo reports that Kuhn, who is a German citizen, still has not received his work visa (https://twitter.com/jorgeccastillo/status/209682102218784768) and can not physically
participate in OTA's until the issue is resolved.</p>


Kuhn expects his work visa any day now; however, the rookie defensive tackle
out of NC State is currently battling for a spot on the 53-man roster, so surely
he wants to get on the field as soon as possible. Luckily for him, the issue
should be resolved within the next few days, which will provide him with ample
opportunity to show the <a class="st_tag internal_tag" title="Posts tagged with New York Giants" href="http://www.giants101.com/tag/new-york-giants/" rel="tag nofollow">New York

Was it later corrected that the gash wasn't in his leg but in the knife, after Kuhn's leg walked into it?

maybe FroZeNx31x (/members/FroZeNx31x.aspx) can marry Kuhn, to keep him from being deported. The only question is how much do you really love the Giants,

What a random story for missing work... I thought I heard he got injured trying to jump from building to building in lower Manhattan in a flying squirrel suit.</P>

I've been looking for info about Kuhn but I havent heard anything for some time now. Does he work out with the team now? Still issues with the visa?
I don't have high expectations for him but i'm still curious.
Strangely he was not mentioned at all in the position preview for defensive tackles on giants.com.

You would think with the pull of an NFL team and his agent the Visa issue would have been resolved by now

Giants could have given him a guarenteed office job or something so he could get a green card/work visa.

There are loads of NHL-players coming every year from europe. The NHL-draft is held late june and they are ready to play a few months later.

The United States is literally the worst place in the world to try to get a work visa. It is much easier said than done.

I think it's pretty obvious that it's an embarrassing situation for the Giants. Hey, we learn and we burn, right?

There's a rumor out there that the delay is that the current work visa format doesn't have a photo-slot BIG ENOUGH to fit Mr. Kuhn.
