I know I'm prolly in the minority here, but I like Berman. HE doesn't seem to have a bias toward any team, and he's knowledgeable and entertaining. Although, I think Him and Tirico would be a better pairing...

We're talking about the legendary Chris Berman from NFL Primetime right?

It'll be a breeze for him.

It's hard to be worse than Dennis Miller calling MNF games. That was horrible...

my only question is will he actually do his "whoop" sound during the game lol? I think he will do just fine.

Raiders vs chargers have had some good games lately.

Haha, that's what I've been wondering; is he going to call the game as his highlights persona or as a proper commentator?

If he's going to shout "HE COULD. GO. ALL. THE. WAY!" every time someone gets the ball, I'm out.

Eh... I'm good with that... they're irrelevant...

** and a correction on the first post... he'll do well with AL Michaels.... not Terrico..

The problem I have with Berman is that he is a major suck up. Any time anyone criticizes a player or play( see Berman at many of the drafts) he is quick to try to smooth it over and to distance himself from the comments.

Though, saying that he does have the voice and the non-senile Madden charm. Maybe he finds himself in the MNF booth after this season on a permanent basis.

It was hilarious. Dennis Miller had moments on MNF where I'd be rolling on the ground laughing. Like when he called Dan Foutes stupid several times a game.
