How do you contact an administrator about board problems?

I clicked on the admin's profile and when I tried to send a PM it said that he isn't accepting private messages. What's the trick? this isn't my account (obviously). It rejected my old user name even when I had it emailed to me with a reset password.

At the bottom of the page there is a contact us link. Try that...it should go to the administrator.
