Usually the 1st week of August, though it's been as late as 2-3 days before the 1st home pre-season game.

Worst thing that happens is you need to print out the e-ticket for the pre-season game and call the ticket office. Sometimes they get lost in the mail, etc but it's rare. Just be patient.
