do we have to log in again every time we come on the boards?

every time I want to come on the boards and post I get a message telling me I'm not logged in and I have to do it manually, the old boards were not like that...

Have you hit "remember me"? That won't keep you in forever, but it's pretty long.

I haven't had to sign in except for the very first time. Just click remember me before you sign in. I use google chrome if that makes a difference.

You might also want to check your cookie settings to make sure they aren't being deleted every time you close your browser

"Remember Me" doesn't always work. The cookie idea might work better.
