Not Seeing My Avatar

Not sure where to post this and the mods can move it if they see fit, but my profile shows that I have a profile pic, but it doesn't show on any of my posts. What am I doing wrong?

Profile picture isn't the avatar I believe. On this forum, you actually have to go to edit avatar.

I am also trying to upload an avatar and even though my pixels are 80 x 60 and the kb is 2,420 which is 2.4 k it is saying the file is too large or upload fails. how do we get our avatar back please help. Thanks in advance.
