Janzen Jackson is cut? Does that mean Deon Grant is coming

Giants release Janzen Jackson. Does that mean Deon Grant is coming? It is not quite time to cut down the roster so why release Janzen Jackson at this point unless it is to bring back the old cagey veteran. I would love to see Deon Grant return to this team. We all know that with Tyler Sash facing a four game suspension that the Giants need another safety to carry into the regular season. I think we will sign Deon Grant with the next few days. Then take the following safeties into the regular season:

1) Antrel Rolle
2) Kenny Phillips
3) Tyler Sash (4 game suspension) will not count against 53 man roster at first
4) Will Hill (they love this rookie)
5) Deon Grant (I think he comes back- especially with LB Jacquan Williams being injuried)

I think the play of Steve Brown has left much to be desired at the safety position and management realizes that he is not the answer. The other safeties have not distinguished themselves.
