Head coach Tom Coughlin said Saturday that the team would scan the waiver wire for help in the coming days.
"Weíll always scan and look and try to find if there are people out there that can help us. Itís that time of year. Itís difficult to assess if there are people out there that can help us," Coughlin said. "We will continue to be vigilant. A lot of what has to happen has to come from the inside here."
Let's quickly run down the remaining cornerbacks currently on the roster, keeping in mind that first cuts from 90 to 75 are coming Monday." Read more...

Have to go with that logic. Injuries dictate this game, and the Giants have one after another like this. If Prince and Thomas return the corps will be fine, Coe is a capable backup but he has so much to learn that it would be scary with him starting. It would be nice to see Phillips and Rolle be able to concentrate on safety spots this season. :)

Cliff Harris was released by the Eagles, but that is a rather precarious situation to bring in.

I'll just stick with Gimaniac's perspective.
