i went on www.GreggWilliams.com to find out exactly where to hit someone to aggravate their spleen injury ... good info :)

Latest word is he's going to have a CT scan on Tuesday and won't be clearded to play before that.

Romo can hope and pray that his safety valve Witten will play, but I am sure the doctors will say otherwise.

If Witten plays, and gets hurt worse.. man oh man will there be a **** storm in Dallas!

i bet this is a smoke screen. if dallas is that ******ed to risk his career, thats on them. there is no way to protect that spleen really, its so vulnerable and in a hard spot to cover. One shot on it, and not only his career, but life could be in danger...
anyways, how effective can witten, austin and bryant be missing the entire preseason and practicing like twice together, which im not even sure they've done that yet...we beat em with or without witten, ballsy tho for romo to even say this, coulda surprised us, which is why i believe its a smoke screen

and they may just start him for his iron man streak to continue...all i know is spleen injuries are so tricky. lacerations are tough bc u dont have this easy way to tell if healed completely or if ur in danger of reinjuring it. only thing u can do is really just rest, and rest some more. cant do anything as to not aggravate it...playing football is gonna aggravate it. if they play him, it is a horrible decision and goes to show how badly JJ and Dallas NEED to beat us

I'd never trust the word of a player/teammate on returning from injury. Bravado all has them returning sooner than the should, genuine medical evaluation will almost always say otherwise.

I Don't Trust Dallas one bit. Witten will play !

I hope he plays and makes it through unscathed. Wouldn't want any excuses.
