I don't think we could afford him at the moment. The Ravens want to reduce his salary from $3.2 million to $1.6 million, that might be the reason that the two sides aren't at an agreement. So we have to ask ourselves, can the Giants afford to take him on? He would be an upgrade to our offensive tackle position, but I think the Giants are more looking for interior help than the tackle position.

Well 1 of the good things about playing tomorrow, should have a better idea if they would need him or not.

Hell no, even if he didn't restructure. Watch him play, it's hard to find lazier technique.

I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure signing bonuses count against the cap. If it was a multi-year deal, then it would be spread throughout the life of the contract. Since I'm assuming you mean a 1 year deal, I'm thinking either way it counts against us. Not sure though.
