Will Kevin GilBride change the playcalling and audibles and signals this week so Barry Cofield and the rest of the Skins defense doesnt know what we are doing? Maybe he should consider it...

Rocket! Omaha!

Manning sees the Redskins' seven-man blitz coming, so he walks forward and yells something to his lineman. ("Rocket!") The 'Skins defenders trade knowing looks, linebacker Rocky McIntosh (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/9621/rocky-mcintosh) tells cornerback DeAngelo Hall (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/5533/deangelo-hall) to move forward on Hakeem Nicks (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/12586/hakeem-nicks) because the quick throw is coming and Cofield looks right at Kerrigan and S Oshiomogho Atogwe (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/8480/oshiomogho-atogwe), who were over Kareem McKenzie.

McKenzie said most times defenders protect themselves when blockers are lunging at their legs or -- worse -- higher. I think we know why Kerrigan didn't: He knew what was coming. And I think Atogwe did, too, because he ran with his head down and then suddenly jumped up to bat down a pass he couldn't have seen coming, on account of his eyes being down.

Better not happen again, although Im pretty sure the skins already know we will shotgun draw on 2nd and longs, and try our passes on 1st and goal. Oh, and 3rd and less then 5, we always throw the ball 20+ yards. Hopefully we dont need another 2pt conversion, cause Im pretty sure we will use the same exact play we did the last 2, and Gilbride will think it will work again.

They should mess with their heads and audible to "Rocket," which now means "go deep!" While they are busy cutting off a quick outside pass, Nicks will be high stepping into the endzone!

I'm sure Washington and co. aren't stupid enough to know there will be changes. If there aren't any changes, yeah then we are stupid.

What if Gilbride is thinking "Washington will be thinking there are changes, so we wont change a thing and catch em off guard". I really think KG thinks like that at times.

He may think like that.

But there is definitely pride in running a play that defense knows might be coming and executing anyway. They might know its coming but the offense and Eli are saying "Try and Stop it".
