View Full Version : Which player will you be watching most?

With some new faces on the team this season I'm looking forward to seeing how well our new additions fit in. Apart from actually watching the game I want to keep an eye on LB Keith Rivers, S Kenny Phillips, and TE Martellus Bennett.

Phillips is playing for a contract this season and I hope we somehow come up with the money to pay him. I'm glad we turned the page on C.C. Brown and Michael Johnson, but let's keep that page turned. I'm hoping he has a breakout season this year. He's one of my favorite players on the team.

I want to see what Rivers can do in our defense. Boley has missed a lot of practice time and Rivers has really stepped it up with the first team. Hopefully he can prove his worth and be an absolute steal. We've been looking for a stud LB and maybe we finally have one. Time will tell but I'll be watching him and the rest of our LB's closely tonight as they try to contain DeMarco Murray.

Martellus Bennett should be an interesting matchup for Dallas. He's going into his first game as a Giant against his former team and I'm sure he wants to make some noise. I think he can be a real gamechanger with the way Eli gets our TE's involved. Especially considering how much more athletic he is than the TE's we've had since Shockey left.

Should be a good game.

The whole offensive line to be honest, and Martellus Bennett.

Everyone else, I'll watch, but more closely ^^

Jason Pierre-Paul. I think he breaks Strahan's record this year. (knock on wood)

Michael Coe

Michael Coe

You are correct sir. Coe is going to be targeted and his performance will be a major factor in this game.

David Wilson. Want to see what this kid can do against a pretty good LB scheme. He likes to break outside and I want to see if he can take a hit and keep the ball safe.

On offense Bennett, Wilson, Locklear.

On defense Coe, Rivers, but mostly JPP cause the dude is just ridiculous.

Very worried over our O-line. We really need them to buckle down and hit their blocks and move the opposing D outta the way so our run game can progress!

LB'ers- We have not had the best crew for sometime, and that in itself has hurt us with many 3rd and longs against opponents which opens too many doors.

Finally- A.B. and David Wilson, I am hoping that either of these guys can get our run game going if we have improved blocking, which will make defensive coaches stack the box and let Eli and Co. do their stuff like last year. We have the best Recieving Corps in the league I believe, and I want them to flourish!

Hosley in the slot. And Bennett on offense .

Wilson Bennett and the O-LINE

Im definately watching the whole team, but I always enjoy seeing what the rooks and newbies are capable of: Wilson, Bennett, and Randle should be good additions. I could see any one of them doing well early in the season if the opportunity arises. All have great upside.

There well I got my answer...Now..this kid knows what kind of hell he's in m called the NFC East defenses.

Coughlin is quitting on David Wilson already. He is a rookies, but is still the best option behind the giants average O-line. However, in the red zone Eli is the best option. I can't believe they ran the ball a second time.
