About three giants on defence could have ran behind him but they let up just assuming he would run it in. Then he got tackled by someone who started 5 yards behind the defenders that did not run.

it was an illegal tackle.Giants got 1 yard from a tackle that could of ended Boleys season it was done on purpose and saved 4 points. The NFL needs to change the rules on these kind of plays. Any play with a clear path for a touchdown like that should be 6 points. Either that 15 yard penalty on a change of possession

37-coe. to me he was the biggest violator. he like chose to do nothing. he simply gets in tyron smiths way, boley gets a td and more importantly avoids a horse collar.

There were two Giants in front of Boley - Hosley and Coe. Hosley tried to block Tyron Smith but failed

Haven't we beat this thing long enough??? Look at the bright side, we walk into Dallas and knock them out of the play offs and watch Jones sit in disbelief in his billion dollar play house. We got them right where we want them....

I'm not sure who the OP is talking about. Hosley followed the entire way - he stopped Witten from grabbing Boley then attempted to do the same to Smith. Rolle eased off to avoid getting pinged for clipping Witten, then took him out once he had a decent angle. JPP and Williams let Dez Bryant breeze past, but he was too far behind to do anything to Boley.
Osi took care of his lineman, Tuck was too far out to do anything.

Great point and I agree totally. Tyron Smith saved a TD by making an illegal tackle....half the distance to the goal in that situation warrants nothing of severity towards the Cowboys and is basically a 2foot penalty.

The NFL needs to make a ruling or teams are just going to continue to exploit it. I mean what happens there if Tyron rips Boley down blatantly by his face mask to save a TD? ...just a 2foot penalty??

We do realize Tyron Smith is a complete freak of an athlete right? He completely sidestepped Hosley, which is a pretty insane thing for a 300+ pound guy to be doing.

It did. Though in the long run, Cowboy stadium will spend far more to operate than MetLife, if that counts for anything.

$1.6 billion for Metlife; $1.3 billion for Cowboys Stadium.

Who did Williams let blow by him other than Dez Bryant? He was in no position to even touch Smith. Same with Tuck and Osi, they were still locked up with their opposites when they realised what had happened. They weren't really in position to do anything meaningful

Taxes have a lot to do with it too.

No doubt. Still, can't help but feel a little cheated after seeing the palace that the Cowboys got for less money. That thing they can't beat the Giants in is simply amazing, whereas Metlife is simply standard issue.

I got family and friends who moved south and now they're living in mini mansions for a little more money that I paid for a bank foreclosure in Connecticut.

Big city, big money I guess. It probably explains how teams like the Texans do so well profit-wise.

Big city, big money I guess. It probably explains how teams like the Texans do so well profit-wise.Those cities down in Texas are huge. The Northeast (mainly the Tri-State) just has it's ways of ripping people off. The sad part is... most of the cities up here needs some major renovation... they're old.
