Another 4th quarter comeback. This one more special because of how bad he played in first half with the three picks with one going back to the house. He missed open WRs for TDs. He had a drive last in 3rd and one early in 4th that he couldn't finish that ended in FGs. So espn first Take and others were getting ready to bash him tomorrow.

Then he runs three late scoring drives with 2 td passes, a handoff to end another drive for a td and converts the 2 pointer to tie the game. Puts up 22 points late in game and 25 overall 4th quarter points!! 510 passing yards (7th most all time) and deals 199 to nicks and 179 to Cruz, with another 72 to Bennett and a td apiece!

With 94 rushing yards on the ground to go with the 510 passing, that 604 yards of offense if I added right!

That's like Big time College football baby! Coach schivno must be impressed lol

Ridiculous stat: Eli Manning completed 7 of 9 passes for 229 yards and 2 TDs ... in the final 7:41 of the game. ... Wow. #NYG

Also another stupid question.... I know the offense had the 604 but we did have another 122 on STs but that is not counted in the overall yards gained right?

Hey giants fans. Can you take back Blitzin Bill and Soil-his-pants Sully. Never seen such terrible defensive play calling and scared offensive play calling in my life. Good win for y'all but those two are terrible.

Hey do you guys realize if Eli didn't miss an open AB in endzone and overthrow barden and Bennett didn't miss that td catch that ended that drive in a fg, Eli could of approached 600 yards and 5tds. Wow

WowYeah some of us delusional Tampa fans look at the score and say it was a good game. I look at it and say despite the giants best efforts to hand us the game we still managed to lose due in large part to the two reject coaches we got from you guys. Blitzin Bill needs to join Blitzers anonymous and soils-his-pants sully needs to grow a pair and stop calling plays like he's scared.

Wow actually if that all happened there would be no 25 points during the 4th because it would have played out differently

You have to admire Eli's balls , despite playing like Kent Graham the first half ,he showed why he is so clutch.

Sheridan is running Schiano's defense. Sullivan nearly tied the game up.

The one thing about the offense, though. It can be very streaky and at times inconsistent. Due to the high number of reads that both the QB and receivers need to make it can have at times a feast or famine kind of feel to it. However, when it's clicking it nigh impossible to stop.

It's crazy how ice cold he is, in the 4th.He had 243 I think just in the 4th quarter alone (that's what freeman ended up with for the game) and the 604 our offense laid on TB was the most gained on their team in franchise history for the Bucs.

He was non-blitzin bill when he was here. He blitzed so rarely he got ran out of town.

He learned from that and is now maybe overblitzing? Idk, I'm not sure what Schiano saw in his resume. Hes an average DC at best.

In all reality Eli had a so-so game. He would not have had to throw for 500 yards had he not put the giants in a huge hole in the first half. The three picks were all his fault. Tampa actually did next to nothing all game they might have only had 14 points had Eli just not given them three scores.

We need to fix the defense but we have time to get things turned around. Offense could be best in football with a few tweaks

wouldn't it be sweet if the Giants and Eli, could play just like they do in the fourth for the entire game? the urgency, the precision, the heart and effort. they have the talent .
well, there is something to be said for that type of scenario and adrenaline rush created by that situation. we all experience that ourselves, i guess when certain things in our lives, call for you to step up, you know , crunch time, but , it would be nice to turn it on when needed not just in the 4th quarter. but they were awesome again, which is what makes the Giants and Eli special!!

Its more the Defense i am worried about

Here's my take on it after finally watching the game this morning.

First pick, completely Eli's fault. The second pick should have been a penalty on Tampa. Completely amazing how that wasn't called. If Cruz wasn't being held he would have been in position to make a catch. Third pick was half Eli's fault and half a great defensive play. When the corner saw that he wasn't going to get to Eli on the blitz he backed off into the hot read passing lane.

Yea when they said it was the 2nd highest for a QB in giants history i kinda figured it was Simms.

Man only 4 more yards and he breaks that record. and he had a few drops in the endzone
