Last week, it seemed to start coming together for the GIANTS. We went to Carolina without three starters, expecting to have problems containing Cam Newton, When the dust settled, we had not only beaten the Panthers 36 - 7, but watched Andre Brown and Ramses Barden come out of obscurity to have the games of their careers. In the process, Newton was virtually taken out of the game, figuratively, and later, literally.

How much can we attribute their success to the revamped O Line? Is the defense finally coming into its own after a less than spectacular start to the season? Is tonight the night we see the Fearsome Foursome unleashed against a suspect Eagles' O Line? We developed the blueprint for containing Eagles' QB Michael Vick. Do they have a fix for that tonight? Can their vaunted defensive secondary shut down Air Eli? Will Andre Brown and Ahmad Bradshaw revitalize the "where did it go" running game?

These are the games, inter-division rivalries, are are the essence of professional football and there is no more contentious a rivalry as this one.

Some of that has to do wit teams planning around their rush, but some of it is on the players themselves. They should be trying to sack him now. Pressure him on his way out of the tunnel.
