Having just won the big one last year do the regular season losses feel/hurt the same for fans less than a year removed from a title?
I remember back in '08 being so po'd about the Browns loss but I think that was more so because I was rooting for a perfect season than being devastated by the loss. I found myself eerily content Sunday night an hour or two after the game.....granted I was flipping out after the missed kick and I DESPISE the Eagles more than any team on the planet......but watching the post-game with Eli and TC I calmed down and was almost like, "Ahhhh ehf it....that was their Super Bowl." Seemed almost like TC and some of the players were like that too....I wonder is having won a title a year ago lessens their hunger.
