<<<<Since this is Brandon Jacobs (http://boards.giants.com/player/brandonjacobs/2506448/profile) we're talking about, he actually had plenty of thoughts on it. Jacobs said his knee is feeling "phenomenal," and he could've played two weeks ago if the 49ers (http://boards.giants.com/teams/sanfrancisco49ers/profile?team=SF) would've let him. He was asked if he's become frustrated by not playing.
"Oh, very," he said. "Because I don't know anything. I don't know what's what. But I'm hanging in there, I'm working every day, doing what I have to do. Let's say I'm just working and doing what I have to do, and that's that.
"I've learned over the years when you open your mouth and say certain things, it hurts you, so I'm just going to shut up and keep working.">>>>

Wish he was still here, and I feel like so does he. I keep imagining him getting a hand off from Ales Smith, then turning around and running him over and the rest of the 49ers offense.
