Tuck postgame: "Sometimes you lay an egg. Today we laid an egg."

----------------------------------------------

And that is why this team will go nowhere. Because of this "Sometimes you just lay an egg, no big deal" mentality.

Too bad the defense has been laying eggs every single game this year. Biggest joke defense in the NFL.

Because of this "Sometimes you just lay an egg, no big deal" mentality.tucks opinion is irrelevant....I used to look forward to hear what guys like strahan would have to say after a game...but ruck is the furthest thing from being a leader by example or vocally....while were getting our *** kicked, they show tuck sitting on the bench with a blank stare shaking his head.....he's made me sick lately...

Jesus christ...

5 out of our 7 losses have been eggs.

Week 1 against Washington
Week 5 against Seattle
Week 11 against Philly
Week 12 against New Orleans -- maybe didn't deserve to win, but at least compete
Week 15 against Washington

That's 5 eggs on the season. And there were more eggs that we were lucky to win, such as against Miami, Arizona, & St. Louis. That's 8 eggs on the season.

That's an insult to all Chickens EVERYWHERE!!!

It's only going to change when these guy's statr getting paid per performance. The whole system has to change.

You lay an egg, you get paid after the game like you laid an egg.

Why should they possibly care when they make incredible amounts of money no matter how they perform?

Sometimes you lay an egg.

Mostly during big games at home with playoff implications. Or in the playoffs.

I like Tuck, but this team is nothing but a bunch of rotten eggs. They seem to get their "intensity" up for laying eggs.

I like Tuck but he needs to know what not to say. No Tuck, you don't just lay an egg when the playoffs are on the line.

You might as well just say "we are not a playoff team".

Giants: "We dont always lay eggs, but when we do, we prefer doing it during must-win games"

That is their motto

BTW my vote goes to Tuck's quote as worst post-game comment by a team captain in recent memory

Chase Blackburn should be captain. Giving 110% is what it's all about. Talk about lead by example ....
