Sitting at work and extremely hungry for the game....and for some food/beer.

Thinking about making some monster burgers for the game later, and picking up a six pack of mickey's. What's on the menu today Giants fans?

I should be in food heaven by 4pm today: got Filet Mignon, KFC wings (they're really good trust me), homemade mac n cheese, and some fried fish with special seasoning. Manly food Sunday! of course topped off with coronas and jack/cokes!

lol.....me too. I order them medium and well done....then I doctor them up with my own special hot sauce. My *** hates me later, but DAMN they are good!!!:rolleyes:

lol! I go to the commisary and get like 1 1/2 dozen full wings, cut them up myself and then I will deep fry them until they float, then throw them in some Buffalo sauce and bake them for 20 minutes. They are amazingly delicious, but yes my *** hates me later too lol

Making homemade stuffed Jalapeno and Anaheim Poppers with cream cheese and bacon/then wrapped in bacon and grilled,some simmered meatballs,some honey teriyaki wings. Along with my pre-game drink...Today its peach iced tea w/vodka, then onto some ice cold Coors Light. Its gonna be a GREEEAAAAT Day!

I took a que from my neighbor who stocks up as soon as it comes out - I have a case left in the beer fridge, Im sure he's got at least 3 cases in reserve - its his favorite.

Smoked a picnic shoulder for six hours last night. then in the crockpot today for about another six hours. Pork shoulder was smoked with a memphis dry rub so once it goes in the pot with 2 cups of water no more sauce is needed, just add a little brown sugar and honey to "sweeten the pot". Gold I tell ya.

I often like to corrupt my completely homemade foods with equally processed bullsnot so I am making these as a side http://www.oreida.com/images/products/small/Grillers/Seasoned-b.jpg Those jokers are good. Mix up a little sour cream with shredded cheddar and bacon bits as a dip and kick a goal!

And copious amounts of Jack Daniels, but of course.
