Its time for coaching changes across the board. This coaching staff cannot get the best effort out of this team period.

I don't want to hear about injuries or anything like that. This team plays with no effort, no energy, no hustle. this is a coaching problem..

Start at the TOP. Start with the biggest problem the ggggggggggggggggmen have.... Personnel .....& that's on JR. He's got to be the 1st domino to fall.
