RG3 had a monster game, can't wait to pick him off and sack him though.

This won't be easy. Big win and coming from the west to east for a 1 pm game has hurt the giants in the past. We must contain Bobby Griffin and pull out a tough victory.

The next 2 weeks are pretty crucial for us. It can make us 6-2 and 2 Ws in the division. We should look to winning both games.

If we can keep RG3 in the pocket, we'll be fine. He has a good arm but he's more dangerous when he's on the run.

I think we need to play RG3 like we did against Newton

It's going to be a tough game, Redskins have a good defense, and now have real offense with a QB you have to game plan for.

And then there were two. Good luck

U gotta know that RG3 is gonna get his to a degree, just gotta cause em to kick FG's a couple times instead of TD's.. Kinda the old Bend but don't Break saying...

+1.....

These next 2 games are crucial because these division games are crucial. That should be a rally cry for them in practice. The redskins embarrassed you last year by sweeping you and the cowboys made you look bad in the first game of he year. Stay focused and get back to work.

We must contain Bobby Griffin and pull out a tough victory.Keys to this game will be ball control on offense and containing their running game...Griffin in particular! Alfred Morris (who happens to have my late grandfather's first and last name) is a brute but we need to focus on controlling the run early.

Tight coverage will be very helpful with a hint of pass-rush too

If we have learned anything as Giant fans over the years, it's really no more critical than any other early season game. Long way to go if they win or lose next week. They lost 4 or 5 "critical" games last year and it turned out fine. Too early to call anything critical.

The Giants can't afford to be 0-3 in the division. The game is HUGE in my estimation.

i think Fewell can design a defense to somewhat contain RG3....and out!

he might get his but limiting the others will be key!

Yep, we can't go 0-3 in the division. We need a nice winning streak at this point of the year. Knocking off the 'skins and 'boys would be nice.

I would call it more of an opportunity than crucial. We win against the skins and our division record gets 50% better overnight and we keep a rival down where they will have a hard time climbing up from.

We've done well against the option this year, we should be fine

Our dline has contained running qbs well so far. Vick and Scam weren't able to run on us.

I was thinking the same. Vick was killing us picking up those first downs with the run. That is what I am worried about.

I disagree with that.

Vick ran for 50 yards on us averaging 8.2ypr. That is the most any team has allowed besides Detroit today. He picked up some very crucial first downs on the run against us.

Cam was a different story.

they all crucial, but yes, going 0-3 in the division would be playing with fire

RG3 will be throwing in a forest for the 1st time all year, should be interesting

Don't kid yourself. This is a big game. All division games are big, especially after you start 0-2. I feel good about the game at this point. Seeing the D step up big this week was a huge boost. The O-line has really gelled as well. We are in a great position to take control of the division, right here, right now. We have more players coming back to help as well. The younger guys are really getting it now, as well. All we need is the mental focus to continue. No let downs!!!! Go G-MEN!

Most important game on our schedule thus far. Not only did this team sweep us last year, they're excited and now playing with a lot of passion and energy. Shanahan and company seemed like they knew everything we were trying to do...even after Rocketgate. I don't care who we beat, going 0-3 in the division will be pretty bad, even though we still can end up splitting but I don't want the team to carry that much pressure. We need to bring our A game because this is Washington's 1st division game of the season so they're gonna already have that extra incentive just like we should.

We should look to winning both games.Yes the big win @ SF wont mean a whole lot if we lose at home to the Skins and fall to 0-3 in the Division. Contrary to normal thinking like i was saying about the 49er game that it was not a MUST win because we were only in week 6 and 3-3 wouldnt be the end of the world with 10 games to still bounce back. However, this I am think is a close to a MUST win as you get. We cant under no circumstances drop to 0-3 in NFCE

Every game we play is a big gameRight, until you lock up a playoff spot. We can't go 0-3 though... I hope they stop celebrating the San Fran game and focus on this one. Beating the Niners... been there, done that... time to move on.

Tough game for sure. Have to give credit to their rookie QB, he is really good. I wold say he 1st thing you do is obvious. Contain him. He has and though. Have to have the secondary play well. Having Canty back should help too. Will they get back KP as well?

I think a day of celebration is OK since they're still suffering form jet lag and watching film today. Something we never talk about is the preparation the coaches go through. Those guys are unsung heroes.

We need to actually show up when we play the Redskins this year. Scary to think that they had our number last year with Rex Grossman at the helm.
