He's Very close to hitting 30 grand for his career stats. I got down and hard on eli earlier. But this guy is hitting a career stat area that puts him up there with some greats.

322 yards not that far away He can hit that in cowboys game but I feel like it would be more special if he does it at Home

Plus Note : Game after this is Steelers game on CBS Assuming brodcast team would include Phill Simms which is an extra bonus

Im enjoying every single moment of Eli as our QB. With his help, our team has become one of the most exciting teams to watch in sports today! Gonna miss him when he's gone!

As a guy who believes that Eli is probably already the best Giants QB ever, I have to point out that 30,000 ain't what it used to be. That said, if he keeps this up for another 5-7 years and gets another ring he will be knocking on the top dozen or so QB's of all time. Not top 5 and probably not top 10 but close enough to make it interesting.

Is that just passing? With Eli's 4 rushing TDs he's already passed that.

Just with passing I believe.Shall we add his rushing yards to his passing total as well for his all purpose yardage? lol

I could see him finishing his career with 45 plus if not 50 stacks for his career yardage which would put him near some great names especially with cruz and nicks to throw too.

He will be in the HOF easy with the numbers he will achieve. He will easily hit 300 TD's and 50,000 yards. The only thing that will stop that is if he gets retired early by injury.

Eli will end up with 53,000 yards, 325 TD'S and 3 sb( I say he gets one more) Those are Elite numbers...

Only 6 QB's have tossed 300 TD's, EVER (Brees needs 1 more to be the 7th)

Only 4 QB's have put up 50,000 yards or more (Brady and Brees are getting close so they will be the 5th and 6th)

Eli, even if he only averages 20 TD's and 3,500 yards per year, for let's say 7 years more, which should be easy for him. His totals would be...

337 TD's

54,000 plus yards

That doesn't even include what he can do with the rest of this year. That's just tacking onto his current totals.

Eli is a G. Sure lock for the HOF.

I do agree it isnt what it used to be. The league has changed. But, 1 thing that has not changed is the fact that the Giants play in a poor climate, outdoor stadium known as 1 of the hardest places to consistently throw the ball. This is no Kurt Warner who spent his career earning hall of fame numbers playing indoors and warm climates. This guy will go anywhere and play anyone in any weather and in that regard his 30k is more impressive to me than most.

Would love to see that happen in the Cowboys game!
