NOT IMPRESSED BY CRUZ
Redskins corner Josh Wilson made no excuses after getting beaten on Cruz’s 77-yard TD, but he did take a parting shot at the salsa-dancing receiver. “He made a play, a straight go route,” Wilson said. “He made a play. I tip my hat to him.

“He didn’t do anything all game,” Wilson added. “The guy was not a part of the game until the last play. It was an unfortunate situation.”

Ha - classic disrespect - we are the lowly giants and are just glad to be on the same field as players like the ALMIGHTY Josh Wilson.

Usually I play devil's advocate on here but not even I can think of defending this Josh Wilson kid in any way possible.

LOL Cruz caught 6 passes prior to that, 4 of which gave us 1st downs. The other 2 receptions both put us in 3rd & 1 situations. Don't player hate, Wilson.

Wilson should be lucky Curz's number where not better, Eli missed him for a TD and a deep pass earlier in the game.

The NFL is now the National Football League of Excuses.

It seems like every player with the exception of a few teams/players are unwilling to give proper credit to other teams/players when they lose. Giants players seem to have no problem giving credit to other teams however.

I'm not impressed that the Redskins have the worst pass defense in the league...Josh Wilson say what? lol

I hope all the CB's and safeties we play feel that way. Nothing like a bit of underestimating to help a receiver get open.

GO GIANTS!!!!!LMAO, Eli missed Cruz twice for easy TDs, the quick slant and the deep pass. If Eli dropped it in right, Cruz would have had 8 catches, 3 TDs and about 170 yards. This CB Josh Wilson clearly did not go to Harvard!

Redskins, that is what is wrong with your defense. Your boy doesn't know how Cruz received the other catches.

And that was on a bad Eli night.

LOL, this sounds like some ignorant opposing team's fan (take your pick) that can't admit defeat, but actually coming from a player that got totally burned on the play in question - wow someone is in some serious denial. Would it have made a difference if the play was made earlier in the game?

Josh is just bringing attention to himself by even bringing up the play. hes an idiot!

everyone knows he got beat and he magnifies it by bringing it up again! what an idiot!

Who is Josh Wilson? Seriously.... Is he a rookie or something?

The last 2 dbs to down talk Cruz was Cromarti and Rodgers. It didn't end well for those guys.

Complete dumbo statement...

But on the plus side, I'm glad this loser just provided extra motivation for Cruz next time around.

Cruz was quiet all day until that last play? Well Mr. Wilson, that's why Cruz is a top star WR because you never know when he's going to strike and he must always be accounted for. Mr. Wilson did not account for Cruz on that play and the skins lost the game because of Mr. Wilson.

Watching the replay on NFL network. Cruz just abused Wilson on the line and had an easy TD but Eli missed him. Wow, Wilson looked bad on that play. He air dived at Cruz's toes.

yeah really. he had 5 for 70 before that and we had the lead most the 2nd half, when we diid throw it, it wasnt pretty until that last drive.
and his reasoning that it was late in the game on a go route (apparently getting beat on a simple go route is better than getting beat on every other route) and that wasnt anything, well, uh, BECAUSE it was so late makes it 100x as important. Guy also isnt accounting for 2 throws eli missed thatd be easy TDs on both
