i wanna point out something. when u watch brown move, he doesnt seem to be very fast or quick, or hit very hard but its very deceptive. he's a lot like troy p. (i know someone will misinterpret that and needlessly flame me) in that his instincts allow him to move quicker/faster than every1 else bc he's taking the shortest path to the ball...he's always around the ball for that reason...these turnovers arent flukey iimho and should continue bc of his style of play...he could be HUGE for us in the playoffs

It's nice seeing the Giants getting picks every now and then. What is not nice is seeing the offense not being able to get more than 3 and trying to run the ball off right tackle on 1st and 2nd down...leaving us in an obvious passsing down on 3rd and knowing that they are sending the house when we pass...because they know we're going to pass on 3rd and long.

Let's not be harsh. Grant was a G when he was here, too.

I think the 3 safety look we had with Grant should be used when KP is back. Brown has earned more playing time, no doubt.

A play maker. I can't remember the last time we had a safety making this amount of picks. Isn't that one of the reason we brought Rolle in?? Rolle was a ballhawk in Arizona and seemed to always make a lot of big plays, but since he's been a Giants not so much. They need to lock this guy up.

I don't think that will happen since Hosley is our best slot cover guy.

Stevie Brown is a solid football player.
Had an opportunity to start with Kenny Phillips going down, and has taken full advantage of it.
It will be difficult to take him out of the lineup once Kenny Phillips is healthy.

If Stevie weren't garbage at covering the deep ball, I'd almost say he was better than KP...

In all honesty....the way Rolle is playing right now, I would love to have Stevie out there with KP when he comes back.......imagine what those 2 could do?!!

How many deep balls has Stevie given up since he has been in there? PFF has given him a positive cumulative grade in pass coverage since week 3.

Stevie Brown is:

#2 in the league in interceptions at 5 only behind the Bears Tim Jennings who has 6.

Guy is our Ed Reed. The ball just finds him.

You don't need to know the alphabet to recognize a G.
