i would fire Fewell today

LOL... what about Gilbride?

Sarcasman
11-04-2012, 08:26 PM
can't even blame the defense

Actually you can. But only in the context of blaming the entire team. The defense didn't distinguish themselves today. Only a clueless homer would believe that

ashleymarie
11-04-2012, 08:26 PM
for this game along Fewell needs to be disciplinced

Hang him High.

Start of Second half collapse or do we give em a pass due to hurricane?

BigBlueAllDay
11-04-2012, 08:27 PM
Put a cork in this one. It's over. Time to focus for next week. Minus the large pass inference penalties, it was a poor outing.

Don't be mad. They really shouldn't have been in this game. They had a bunch of lucky calls.

I'm going to repeat this on a thread later... here's all the Giants have to do to get better... live by the rule... THE BEST PLAYERS PLAY. That's it.

Then you stop treading out tired players like Diehl and Bradshaw and you have some execution on this team.

I am embarassed for all of you.

I'm so F'n pissed off with this offense! Eli has played so beyond awful since the second half of the 49ers game! We should have won this game! What is with this offense?????

GiantX
11-04-2012, 08:27 PM
is this the start of the Traditional second half collapse?

Sarcasman
11-04-2012, 08:27 PM

11-04-2012, 08:28 PM
What the hell are you talking about?

Exactly what I said, 3rd string back runs all over us and giants react to a passing play AFTER the receiver has made the catch, was it not clear enough for you ? obviously not....

11-04-2012, 08:28 PM
I just love that our 1 round RB is not "NFL" ready, but other teams 3rd stringers tearing up a new ******* to Fewell's defense! Coughlin is the big idiot who needed to be thanked for the SB win last year and then shown the door because his usefulness is done. Sorry folks, but old **** doesn't cut it anymore. He is been outcoachedl by Tomlin big time.

Man, maybe someone dressed up as Eli manning as an early Halloween costume and the Giants put him on the field accidentally. His play combined with the play calling has been like a really bad dream.

I'm expecting someone to undo the zipper on the front of him and Mike Vick steps out or something.

11-04-2012, 08:40 PM
Overall the Giants just got their butts kicked today, offense sucked, defense sucked, special teams sucked, total coaching screw up at the end of the 1st half again leaving the Steelers time to get the FG.
Fewell is blitzing with a 2 score lead and giving up an easy score, Eli is going 3 and out passing and not taking anytime off the clock, Tynes kicking right to their return guy who is killing us, and Weatherford doing the same, he did make a nice save on the big return but overall that was just pitiful.
It was a bad week for everyone so we will have to throw them a bone, but next week they better crush the Bengals, this middle of the season crap is getting old.

This loss won't have as bad as an effect on the season as the Steelers are probably going to clean sweep the NFC East. They just have to beat the Cowboys. It could also be a revenge factor that the team may have in the playoffs. True, the Giants will need to work on several things to improve.

It was nice to hear Phil Simms commentate the game and admitting Eli will eventually surpass all his passing stats.

Redskins upset by Panthers, Falcons roll over the Cowboys, Drew Brees ready to light up the Eagles secondary.

and some of us are ready to sing kum-ba-ya again. Ha!

so you would have us win the division by default....it's ok to suck out loud for 3 straight weeks
as long as the other teams in our division suck worse ?

of course , you may have a point , 6-10 just might win this division.

You do realize Wallace is the fastest WR in the game behind D. Jackson right? They had no prayer on that when the defense got caught blitzing.

You better re-watch it. They had no chance on it due to poor tackling. Herz was blitzing and the idea that he was or could ever actually do anything about that play is a hilarious.
