he just said on the fan when asked about the giants secondary. "they have ALOT of holes in their defense" if that doesnt piss them off and fire them up i dont know what will. however he did compliment our d line. aj green is a freak and we need c web to play his best and hopefully they give him so help cuz 1on1 aj green will abuse cweb

We do. We play a soft zone coverage that allows teams to pick it apart.

They should not man up on AJ Green at all in this game. If so, they are in trouble.

They have to stop AJ Green. He is the key to their entire passing attack. Champ Bailey had some struggles containing him last week, so I'm guessing that our guys will have troubles too.

We played tight man in the face of the Dallas Wrs almost all game, and still got tore up.

It isnt a scheme thing, so far it is a lack of playmakers thing. If you play man in the 2ndry and the Dline isnt getting pressure it is only a matter of time before the wr gets open. We arent getting a passrush, and our Dbs arent staying with WRs for very long. That is a bad combo.

This guy is having a monster year, not to mention it's only halfway through his 2nd season. He deserves to talk and the giants secondary deserves to get trashed on.

Teams are attacking the known weaknesses of our defense. Namely: Stevie Brown, Mark Herzlich and Jayron Hosley. Not to mention guys that should be playing at a high level ie. C.Web and Rolle are not.

Turn-around week?

I have A.J green on my fantasy team... he is tearing it up against some pretty good defenses. I mean i watched part of the game against the broncos and he made Champ Bailey look like a child....

i know he will have a huge game because we dont have the tools to stop him unless CWeb has the best game in his career and there is safety help. The trick is IMO keeping the law firm on the ground and bring pressure so A.J cant go deep. I could care less about my fantasy team

He was right and they have been that way all year. Why would they change now?

Between AJ Green and Jermaine Gresham, we have a laundry list of pieces to cover.

I wont be surprised if they use Will Hill on some double team scheme's on Green.

Can someone explain why our CB's have been playing coverage on opposing teams WR's? last Sunday Prince was giving a 5-6 yard cushion to Pitts. WRs.

i guess after playing press coverage in beg of nfl and getting burnt like toast they thought it would be better to give them a 7yard cushion.

Gresham's a good TE, but he is nowhere near Green's league . . . .

Need the offense more than anything; this could very well be a shootout.

We need to keep Green under 150 yards at the least. He's going to get 100 for sure unless the red head has a really bad day.

The funny thing is, we have been getting a pass rush the past couple of games, where our defense looks worse. I'm not sure what is going on. All I know is PF needs to throw the 3 man rush out the window. Hosley is a rookie so I wasn't expecting the world from him. He will get better. CWeb is my biggest concern. He is playing way off most the time and when he does close in, he gets burnt. The biggest issue we seem to be having is the passing right in the middle of the field, and not being able to stop a WR on out routes.

Right now, AJ Green is ahead of Megatron.Yeah in yards and td''s but you have to see some of the coverages that are made to stop Megatron you can play AJ 1 on1 it has been done. there are a lot of things that make a wr great besides yards and td's. I'm not knocking AJ saying he's behind those guys at all.

Finding A.J. Green (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/13983/aj-green) may be easier against the Giants. New York ranks just 19th in DVOA against No. 1 receivers (http://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/teamdef#defvsrec). Corey Webster (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/8457/corey-webster) hasn't played as well as he has in years past, and the Giants have given up some big games to other tall, speedy receivers of Green's ilk, such as Vincent Jackson (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/8475/vincent-jackson) (128 yards) and Dez Bryant (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/13215/dez-bryant) (195 yards in two games).

The Giants also have problems against little slot receivers, which could mean a nice game for Andrew Hawkins (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/13958/andrew-hawkins). New York is 27th in DVOA against "other receivers" (i.e., No. 3s and No. 4s). The Giants have the best defense in the league against running backs in the passing game, but that won't matter much against a Bengals team that uses running backs in the passing game less than almost any other team.

Hawkins scares me quite a bit, the way that Wallace toasted us on one play, that is what Hawkins lives on.

AJ green is a nightmare to cover - this guy along with Megatron make up the two best wideouts in the league hands down. Send webby underneath and brown up tom all day long - and even then he will catch his share.

good point we can't cover big tall speedy receivers one on one, heck we can't stop speedy RBs

cj has more yards right now. and I think cj definitely gets more attention than Aj green as for as coverage's go at the moment. aj green isnt far behind
