I think we either cut him(2013: $4,000,000) or he retires.... he looks like a man defeated every single week

No longer even makes tackles anymore

Its very sad. He seem disinterested. He has his 2 rings. Maybe he's mentally fried.

I have a better question........JPP is a youngster playing with fresh young legs and youthful stamina.....where the hell has HE been all season?
Tuck has age as an excuse....what's JPP's?????

I would cut Tuck and resign Osi.

I think Tuck i bringing down the morale of this D-line.... not to mention his poor play is clearly effecting our production

The issue on our pass rush is the scheme. I would think Osi will be gone, JPP is the new Strahan and we build around him, Webster should be gone as well.

Webster isn't going anywhere, he'll just have to take a pay cut. He had one poor season since 2007

I think Tuck is done. I wouldn't be upset if he retired I think he just doesn't have the hunger that he used to.

Seeing him on the sidelines with those expressions on his face really make me angry, but then I realize, if he doesn't care as much, why should I?

But saying release Tuck is just asinine and foolish. He was an integral part of this team's 2 SB wins.

I suppose we need a passrusher in the 1st round?? I did want a CB, but the way Tuck is playing...............

It's asinine to say w should release a guy making $4,000,000 that had only 41 tackles and 3 sacks on the season....?

They need to replace Tuck and Osi. I think they could use a Strongside end like Ansah or Okafor and an speed rusher to come in in certain situations just for pressure

Who is going to replace him?

I am not giving Tuck any slack. He has flat out SUCKED this year. But who is going to do better? At this point if you don't want him on the field then deactivate him, but releasing him is just disrespectful and classless considering what he has done for this franchise. The Giants would never do it.

He's lost his passion for the game.

I hope he retires, because I get depressed watching him stand around.

I think he's done.

I agree..sad but one thing we can hang on to is he looked done last year at this time and turned it on, so u never know.

Draft?

I am fine with that, but I am speaking in terms of the now. No doubt we should draft a DE with Tuck and Osi in their twilight years, but who is going to step up and magically create a spark in Tuck's position this year?

If the team he is playing against is the Patriots, he's an All-Star. Otherwise, he just looks worn out and unmotivated to play football. This is probably his last year and I'll remember him for his performances against the Patriots.

OSI is gone. No way he's back. Wants too much money and I think they had enough of each other.

Tuck is 50/50. I think it would be a big hit to the salary cap if he was cut. I would bet on restructuring. Lot's of players to sign.

I think the best bet is seeing Kiwi (who for some reason fans seem to love) moving to DL.

JPP is fine. He was actually having a good year until the injuries. Let's not screw with him. He still could be the best d player in the league.
