I just ran 250 yards in 3 quarters with Bradshaw.... Why can't he produce like this in real life?

In Madden 2012, I have David Wilson on the injury list for the GIANTS and he is out for the year. He broke his ankle doing a back flip and landing on a Dallas cheerleaders pom pom.
