Going through some older stuff and have some notable rookie cards set aside already.</P>


A team set of 1977 Giants(which is actually the 1976 team). I noticed a few interesting things with the set.</P>


1) There is a rookie card of a certain MLB who i feel should be in the HOF. But maybe he isnt in the Hall because MLB is such a unimportant position?? lol.</P>


2) A rookie card of a certain WR who later became coach of the Eagles.</P>


3) I actually forgot about this guy playing for you guys, but a card of a certain RB who used to kill us when he played in our division.</P>


Can you name these 3 guys???</P>


I also have a couple A Bradshaw rookies along with a handfull of other rookie cards of both old and newer Giants players..</P>

He went to college on a track scholarship to St. Joes bc they didn't have a football team. Then became a highschool teacher and track coach when he tried out and made the Philadelphia Bell in the WFL. He caught **** Vermeil's eye who invited him to a private workout....made the eagles (becoming the oldest rookie w/o college exp. @ 30) and played in 41 out of 44 games in his professional career.

Man, I was so disappointed how we ended the year with Rondo at the helm....#1 class that year, all the talent in the world, and we got our asses kicked by Drew Neitzel and Tom Izzo.

Unfortunately, Rondo never really wanted to come to UK, and I think he played like it, whether he'll admit it or not. He was a great defender and showed Flashes of brilliance on offense but never with any consistency....he still holds a special place in my heart though

You guys have no idea what it was like growing up in a era where players rarely changed teams. Today younger fans have grow accustomed to seeing players come and go. but we bought 2 cases of some wholesale store burgers and we are STILL eating those things...
