The Phillies and Astros have intensified talks in the past 24 hours about a deal that would send pitcher Roy Oswalt to Philadelphia, sources said

The teams have agreed to the players who will be exchanged, as well as the financial terms that will address the $23 million remaining on Oswalt's contract, according to a major league source with knowledge of the deal.

It is now up to Oswalt to decide whether to waive his no-trade clause.

I was trying to make an educated vote last night based on your above quote... because I was not sure I would be in here today and alot of nights I don't get home till after 6 pm....So I made my vote..

lol....nah ...my truck is in the shop passenger side window wouldn't go up yesterday....electric windows..I took a quick look at it and decided to let the ford garage fix it..its covered under warranty....It rained last night and I was out there at 1am trying to cover it up so.. **** itget it fixed.... Banks was saying that Reeves use to do it this too.. if u went to OTAs ur conditioning test gets waived. He said even those big guys that were at OTAs working their tails off, half of them would fail that test too.

Personally i get what Shannahan is doing, but if they really want to stick Fat Boy as NT, they dont need him losing any more weight, he already dropped like 40

He tried to get out and it backfired, but I mean Redskins really created this problem themselves in every way. I really look at the Redskins with disdain for creating this mess for giving that insane contract and changing the defense when u have that much invested in the 4-3.

i dont blame him as much as everyone else is for doing this

Haynesworth flunks conditioning again

Albert Haynesworth has failed his conditioning test for a second consecutive day and is being forced to sit out practice again at Washington Redskins training camp.

Haynesworth did not pass the test Friday morning, in a repeat of Thursday's result on Day 1 of camp.

And to think, some fans wanted this lazy pos

The second he does not like something he will whine and become a nuisance. Great player when HE WANTS TO BE.i dont know, something like this never happened with the titans.....i think zorn pissed him off, now hes trying to get back. i agree with matt if the price was right and we didnt have to give anyone good up, why the hell not, hes a force. we run a 4-3 and probably wont change anytime soon and thats the root of the problem

nah really, i think he could be better than osi. i think hes faster, gets good jumps on snaps, bigger wing span, better against the run.....just a better overall player imo. look at osi's best season and look at kiwis 08 season. 8 sacks in his first year starting is great

na pass rush... no doubt Osi is better because thats basically what Osi has become: a pass rush specialist....

hes just overall not a very good DE, unless he has Tuck or Strahan on the otherside playing great

well its cuz we are losing Osi or Kiwi, but which one isn't known yet
it has to be osi. giants would be INSANE to keep around a questionable osi. the guys going to need surgery.

thats really no fair if you really go back and break everything down...

theres also more to Osi being benched then ur letting on. He was an ABSOLUTE weak link in the run game, below par play.

every other year osi's done just fine in the run game, and then he's also had great sack and qb pressure #s

kiwi on the other hand has not.

People say Osi disappears. No DE in the league has a sack every game, what exactly do you expect from him? Maybe perhaps 9 straight games without a sack?

Then another point people make is that Osi is injury prone but then fail to mention how Kiwi's injury history made him fall in the draft and also how he broke his leg, hmmm. Or how Tuck has been a piece of glass since he entered the league, but everybody loves that guy.

I read a article the other day where they interviewed this proffesor over here at Southern NH University, who worked for George fo years.

Was saying how he donated all kinds of money to various charities and demanded it be kept silent because as he would say " I have a reputation to keep" lol.

idk, who else were they gonna double on our dline? late in the season teams probably only identified tuck as the only true threat so if they neutralized him, they were set all day.

Go to compatability view under tools. It happened to me and that fixed it.
