With all due respect I completely disagree.* It adds another level of strategy to the process.* You earn a waiver advantage when you don't jump on any player out there.* You have to prioritize your moves.</P>


By eliminating the waiver process, the advantage goes to the guys who can get the their computers faster.</P>
