If and when we beat Dallas next week we WILL be the NFC East champs.....Period.

we still have to beat them twice

</p>

They may only win one more game...if that. If they lose to us they will probably lose to Philly and TB is a big question mark.</p>

It may be over before week 17. How stupid was Garrett yesterday?</p>

couldn't tell ya I was at the game

which is why I actually hate going to the games, I miss everything

And i forgot to DVR the game so I can't go back to watch it.

Good news I have an App to set my DVR, bad news Giants stadium NEVER has an service
</p>

Well they got down to the 31 yard line with the game tied with 27 seconds left and two time outs. They don't call time out and scramble to spike the ball with 7 seconds. then he calls a time out just before they snap it and HE MAKES THE KICK... He iced his own kicker and after the time out he missed it.</p>

Why would he not call time out with 27 seconds and try to move up the field more? And why on earth would he ice his own kicker?</p>

Literally cost them the game and may have cost them the season. You should have seen Jerry going nuts in the box.</p>

LMFAO

i loooove it
llol yeeea im looking for his post game interview to find out whyyyyy he iced his own kicker. its pretty funny.

tell us again how now you are accepting of him throwing off his back foot and into triple coverages and such?

Worse O line, worse running game. I would say now, later in the season, the WR's are getting better than last year.</P>

You are preoccupied with this back foot nonsense. I don't care if he throws off his back foot. He threw a bad pick yesterday but it wasn't the "Old Eli" paniced throw in the face of a bass rush. He just didn't see Matthews. Who was blocked by the TE. He threw it away several times yesterday where he wouldn't have in the past. Again yesterday, Eli showed far superior pocket preseance than he had in previous years. Calmer. better footwork etc.....</P>

You are blind Matt. Or at least blinded by your agenda. </P>

I've recently come to the conclusion that the biggest jaggoff on the Giants MB is Cantblameshockeynow.

has been for years, what did he do now

haha Victor Cruz may have the best year that any Giants WR has ever had. And hes always wide open making crazy moves. Kid is possibly stud status.

Eli threw panicked throws and always has all year - results are what make the difference for you and it completely goes against your whole "I JUST WATCH THE GAME"

I am NOT in love with Stafford and besides Rice I dont think there is anything THAT exciting about his team. That Ravens game may be over in the first quarter with Ricky Williams mopping it up.;..

You have two players on your team. Calvin and Shady. And if Calvin has a big day then that means Stafford will. But Stafford could still have a big day and Calvin could be left out of the endzone. Did you see the way NO played Calvin in the red zone?</P>

Sucks you didn't record this game of all games. It was thee one.

Maybe you can catch it on NFL Network game rewind.

welcome to the world of Cablevision - my cable provider - no NFL Network

and Verizon isn't in my specific area - just every area around me. My parents live 2 miles away and they have it.

Are u in fantasy hoops?

I don't think so man. I still feel horrible every day of my life for some other stuff I have not paid off yet. I can't commit anything else until I get that taken care of. My wife is getting knee surgery on the 19th and will be out 2-3 weeks so that will just make life so much easier. We applied for a loan so hopefully we get it. If not we're ****ed. Could not be happening at a worse time.

first off, i would just like to point out that I love your lack of confidence in the fact that u know ur not winning any money from football

dude its $50 that I wont need til when.. May? lol.

And not for nothing nobody is really NBA guys in there, you'll prob be a favorite. I plan on getting my balls kicked in.... like im going kick pappys fantasy balls in this week

Don't count your chickens until they hatch.

When is the draft? 12 teams or what?

I got cablevision too. Check MSG on wends, Bob Poppa and Carl Banks do the Giants rewind. Its not the whole game, but it helps with the mid-week football itch. MSG is SICK with Giants coverage, they have the coaches talking to the media on wends along with Giants rewind. On Sunday they have Giants Opening Drive Live, Giants Access Blue, and NY Giants Chronicles, all phenomenonal programming. I dvr it all and watch what I can before kickoff on Sunday

The Miami Marlins (http://espn.go.com/mlb/team/_/name/mia/miami-marlins) and shortstop Jose Reyes (http://espn.go.com/mlb/player/_/id/5411/jose-reyes) agreed to terms on a six-year, $106 million deal Sunday, sources have told ESPN.

The
guarantee for the first six years totals $102 million, sources said.
The deal includes a $22 million option for a seventh year, with a
guaranteed $4 million.</p>

Reyes, 28, is coming off the best year in his career. He hit .337 for the New York Mets (http://espn.go.com/mlb/team/_/name/nym/new-york-mets) to win his first batting title. In nine years, all with the Mets, he has batted .292 with 370 steals and 740 runs scored.</p>

Earlier in the offseason, Miami offered Reyes a six-year, $90 million deal, which he rejected.</p>

Reyes' signing would mean the Marlins' All-Star shortstop, Hanley Ramirez (http://espn.go.com/mlb/player/_/id/6195/hanley-ramirez),
will have to change positions. Publicly, the Marlins are saying they
haven't decided whether Ramirez would move to third base or center
field. However, one source close to Ramirez told ESPN.com that Ramirez
already has agreed to move to third base next spring.</p>

"Today we learned that anything is possible when we put our minds to it as a team," Giants safety Antrel Rolle (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/8423/antrel-rolle)
said. "We're going to keep fighting. We're going to fight to get into
the playoffs. And once we get into the playoffs, there's not going to be
anything that stops us there."

"We have four games to go and three of
them in our division," Giants coach Tom Coughlin said. "I think this
game brings us together even tighter than we've ever been before as a
team. Guys laid it on the line for each other tonight."

"We've got to try and take something from this game," said quarterback Eli Manning (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/5526/eli-manning),
who added 347 passing yards and three touchdowns to his gaudy season
numbers. "We have four big games left and we have to take whatever we
can from this game, clean up a few things and play good football if
we're going to run this thing down."

"We know we have to play them twice," Manning said. "And we we know that
if we handle our business and play the way we can and win out, then
we'll be in the playoffs."

"Seeing the way we came out and played against an undefeated team like we did today, I think that gives us momentum going forward," Giants running back Brandon Jacobs (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/8524/brandon-jacobs) said. "It's only about the future, and we have a lot of work to do this week to get ready for Dallas."

Grant is all but done here, we all hoped he would be Sam Madison 2.0 but he's not. He's slow and gets exploited all day long. As for Sash, I like him on ST but who knows if he's ready..... Actually I think id rather have Ross at Safety, he did play it for a fraction of time

I didnt even know Blackmon was back on our team prior to yesterday. Why was Prince not playing!? as soon as that BULL**** interference call on him (the ball was out of bounds when the wr was touched) i never saw him back on the field. what gives?</p>I didnt know that either until seemingly 85% of AR's completions came from him

He was on the field for the TD we challenged where Jennings I think never had total control of the ball cause prince knocked it out as he was stepping out of bounds..... 1 of MANY BS calls by the refs

who added 347 passing yards and three touchdowns to his gaudy season

"We know we have to play them twice," Manning said. "And we we know that

we'll be in the playoffs."

We're gonna need Aaron Ross to either sit on the bench or step it up and realize he's playing for a contract. We need Will Blackmon to take a seat and let Prince get more snaps

Aaron Ross to Safety???

na cuz PRince isn't healty or really ready...

Sash and Grant will have to step up

**** man, thats why Jordy Nelson was so wide open - PRince's foot was really sore and had to come out
Id say Prince looked more ready than Blackmon, if he's 100% healthy well only he knows that, LOL

Grant is all but done here, we all hoped he would be Sam Madison 2.0 but he's not. He's slow and gets exploited all day long. As for Sash, I like him on ST but who knows if he's ready..... Actually I think id rather have Ross at Safety, he did play it for a fraction of time

yea but bottom line is that Prince would be the #2 and that would mean Blackmon is the #3.

Prince isn't ready for a full time gig yet.
When he gets healthy 100% healthy, then he looks to be inline with the #2 gig across from Webby

BTW, WOW, how has nobody mentioned how tight our coverage was for 90% of the game, hell even the zone D was holdin em..... I guess when zone is run properly it DOES work, WOW...... LOL
im not giving our secondary to much credit. they played ok but there were blown coverages, driver all alone in the endzone

how many drops did greenbay have yesterday?
We held Rodgers to his lowest QB rating of the season, thats something to take away from the game

Driver all alone in the endzone was Ross I believe who totally gave up on the coverage, he's AWFUL at zone..... Our CBs are MUCH better at press man, especially when we had T2

on that second driver TD that got reviewed... didn't he step out of the back of the endzone and be the first person to touch the ball?

It was very close but there was not a good enough camera angle to overturn the call. We needed the back of the endzone view but there was not one.

The play that bugged me the most was the illegal contact on Williams when he barely touched Finley and the throw was to the opposite side of the field. It was the biggest bull**** call.

Green Bay got every break in that game they could of.

Terrible challenges by Coughlin as well. I don't know where he was getting his info but both challenges were clearly called correctly.

And since when is a player allowed to go in the endzone and go back to the field of play to catch a ball on a punt
</P>

i hear conflicting opinions. most ppl have said they just couldnt tell on the tv angles, but suspected he was out of bounds. I thought it was pretty clear, as i saw the black of his shoes covering the white of the lines.....but hey...

I dont even recall noticing that punt play youre talking about. must have missed it.</P>

man,he shouldnt be on this team either. the dude most likely leads the team in giving up huge plays. his good defenisve plays are getting fewer and far between</p>Ross sucks, Im actually a Ross hater

The guy straight up sucks in zone D, he's servicable at man coverage, but with KP injured Id rather have him than Will Blackmon

at least they still punted there, but we might of completely taken momentum from them had we gave them a 3 and out like that

Right, that is what is so close. He was kind of bobbling it and then tried to get a hold on the ball again. Aikman said it looked like he had it for 1/2 a second with his left hand. It was so close man. I don't think it should have stood but like I said earlier, they just went with the call on the field. Had it been ruled incomplete they could not have overturned it. Most of the time we ran man, we got beat or it drew a penalty.

There were two guy out on the field who weren't even on the team last week and you want to match them up against the best WR corps in the league?

We simply do not have the personnel this year to run man. Every team in the league runs zone, it's not just us.

Perry mixed it up alot yesterday, bottom line is the better team won.

"I was glad that they iced their kicker at the end, so I didn't have to do it."</p>

-- Cardinals head coach Ken Whisenhunt, on Jason Garrett's timeout that took a game-winning Dan Bailey field goal off the board</p>

What
we witnessed was just another benefit of Garrett's Princeton education.

The Packers and 49ers are division champions. The Saints have a commanding two game lead in the NFC South.</p>

The teams above figure to be the top three seeds in the NFC. After
that, we essentially have five teams fighting for three spots, which
includes the NFC East division title.</p>

10 wins should get you in to the NFC playoffs this year. At this
point, itís quite possible that a 9-7 team gets into the playoffs. That
means the Cardinals or Seahawks, both 5-7, could still hang around in
the unlikely event that they won out. (The two teams face off in Week
17, so they canít both win out.)</p>

Three NFC hopefuls have come back to the pack dramatically:</p>

Chicago: The Bears looked like one of the best teams in football with Jay Cutler (http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/3608/jay-cutler). With Caleb Hanie (http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/5006/caleb-hanie),
they are 0-2 coming off a home loss to Kansas City. They have two tough
road games left. They might not get to nine wins, much less ten. Their
collapse opens up the door for others.</p>

Detroit: The Lions have lost five of seven games,
but the Bearsí collapse could save them. Home games against the Vikings
and Chargers are manageable. Unless the Lions can pull off an upset in
Green Bay, getting to a 10th win could depend on a trip to Oakland.</p>

New York Giants: Big Blue has lost four in a row,
but they have two games left against division leading Dallas. They
remain very much in the wild card mix considering a 9-7 team might make
it.</p>

Atlanta and Dallas have been playing better of late, but they both
lost on Sunday as road favorites. Based on the schedules remaining, the
Falcons and Cowboys have the easiest paths to the playoffs. Atlanta
faces three teams well under .500 (Carolina, Jacksonville, and Tampa
Bay), in addition to a road game in New Orleans.</p>

My hunch is that Dallas and Atlanta find a way in. That would mean
that one of the three teams in freefall listed in bold above should
still make it.</p>

We have a month left to find out which team will collapse the least.</p>

ab should not have 1500 every season. he splits time and weve been throwing a hell of a lot more.
he may be off this year, but if you cant see the difference in this offense with him out there you need to rewatch the past 4 weeks. even watching him hit a hole, he gets there so much quicker than dj, you can see it, its not debatable.

We don't have any "good" RBs anymore.

Go on your Facebook and look at the picture from In Reese We Trust. You have not seen it yet if you think it wasn't a TD. They could have slowed it down enough to determine it. The whole point of replay is to get it right. In my opinion they got it wrong twice.

The Jennings TD was veeeeeeeeeeery close. I don't think it was a catch but they went with the ruling on the field and determined there was not indisputable visual evidence to overturn it. Even Jennings knew, he looked sketchy on the sidelines.

But when I talk to Jets, Cowboys, and Eagles fans i'll be sure to say that we got robbed

THAT'S A TD MOREHEAD!!!

when they show the front angle is knee is clearly out as soon as he touches, u just can't tell from that angle.

That shot is take from behind the endzone to the left shooting right.

I don't care if the refs had this same picture, it wans't enough to over turn

I dont hate Bradshaw. I just dont know why everyone has such a hard on for him. He's not that good. Our old O-line made him look good. As they did with all our backs for about7-8 years.
We don't have any "good" RBs anymore.

The reason I wanted to see more of Ware was because we were doing NOTHING, and we hadnt seen him.
Same reason ppl been cryingfor Da'rell Scott all year too.

Based on this year's performance, Bradshaw will end the season with a projected 717 yards.
Last year, Chris Ivory of New Orleans, and Brandon Jackson, then of GB had similar numbers. lolwho?

Even if he was not injured all of November, AB may not have even cracked 900 yards based on his average numbers.

That would make him the equivalent of Thomas Jones' numbers in KC last year. Did anyone talk about Thomas Jones last year? No? k just checkin'</P>

Coughlin lost two challenges on Sunday and has lost his last four
overall. He acknowledged on Monday that he's been "overly aggressive" on
challenges. </p>

But he defended his use of the red flag on the Ballard play. </p>

"Don't
ask me about that because I really don't know why, but I did see the
picture," Coughlin said. "... I wasn't going to not challenge that and
then have somebody tell me, 'Did you know he was in?'"

</p>

Coughlin, however, admitted that he jumped the gun when he challenged a Donald Driver (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/1966/donald-driver) catch early in the third quarter. </p>

On that play, Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/8439/aaron-rodgers)
hit Driver for a first down near the sideline on a 3rd and 3 from the
Giants 40. Coughlin challenged it, thinking Driver was out of bounds.
But the officials disagreed. </p>

"I was very much aware of
where the ball was going and where it was headed," Coughlin said of the
second challenge. <font color="#0000FF">"I really didn't get a great call from upstairs. I've

also in an off year where he was injured, had he played all 16 with what he was doing he would of been just under a 1000, with 10 TDs and another 500 yards receiving on 50 receptions... So in all honesty only 200 total yards less

Dont know which RBs to use.

Bradshaw vs Dallas

I can use 3 of them....
I dont like the Wells matchup at all vs SF. Lawfirm had only a handful of carries this past week, so idk...
I'm pretty confident with Bradshaw and Spiller though.

Justin, Thanks for driving to game. Awesome time with all of you at the game Sunday night. Only a win would of made it better.

nah dude, dont even thank me. I owe you all the thanks for thinking of me when it came to your extra ticket. Cant express enough how awesome that is. Driving is nothing....it's the tickets that prevent me from going to more games haha.

Definitely a good time, and a good game.....one that was honestly ours to win, and we got robbed...sucks, but...not much we can do now aside from hope the league admits all the mistakes...maybe fires some people...ya know... lol</P>

number crunching.

</p>

very underwhelming....but you guys are fellow fans, think what you want, I'm fine with it.

last yeat 17 RBs had over 1000 yards. And that's the minimum benchmark nowadays...
this year, we'd be lucky to combine our RB</p>

production for that.
</p>

also in an off year where he was injured, had he played all 16 with what he was doing he would of been just under a 1000, with 10 TDs and another 500 yards receiving on 50 receptions... So in all honesty only 200 total yards less

its pathetic ur still trying to make this argument
</p>

i already accounted for the injury.</p>

our run game: guilty till proven innocent.</p>

soooo to say he was on pace for something with missing 4.5 games is a bit misleading when your trying to make a point about a person effectiveness wouldn't you say?

Sucks, NYG took it to an undefeated SB champ team and lost. That win could of been the confidence booster that carried us thru the remaining schedule.

I thought of this last night, and just checked. The last time we played an undefeated team it was the NE pat's , they were 15/0 going into that game and we lost by 3 points. The score was 38-35, that's a bit uncanny for me.

i think u have to keep bradshaw out, don't think hes healty enouigh to get back to his 20 carries yet...

I kinda love Zona this week just because San Fran just clinched and Willis is out and Zona is coming off a big win fighting for the idea of a playoff spot and its at home. I like Beanie this week

I just can't even justify starting BGE and I think Spiller is the play, especially if its PPR

if u ask me I think ur only decision is Bradshaw vs BGE

I guess Bradshaw is legit (god i love hes on ur fantasy team), maybe we just easted him back last week.

BGE can pop 2 TDs in at any given time, but I think i'd rather play it safe for yards and touches.

Only thing is that for the past two years that Bradshaw has been our guy hes had bad outings vs Dallas

As for why the Giants don't bring the same passion and emotion every game; Rolle said, "some things are unexplainable"This makes me want to smash my head through the wall

Maybe we need the Crunch Bunch on the sidelines threatening to eat their children and rape their wives if they show no heart

I heard Rolle on the fan at lunch. Yeah that part was bad...he was saying some games, he is just flat and he can't figure out why. overall, I kinda like that guy. The part about going against the best players/teams was awesome.

I hear that Dezz....I think that's the cause of Alzheimers...the point at which a man's brain can no longer take listening to woman and it recedes into it's own happy place.
