that was the difference in our season - a divsional game - we held RG to 17 points - No excuse losing that game- cuz no passing in the 2d half - poor game plan -

The Redskins game, the Eagles game earlier in the year both bit us

Let's not forget Tynes missing the FG in Philly.

Fitting that we get eliminated by TWO points in the Lions game.

You can't pin this disaster on one game, the team has been shaky all year.

yup it was the dagger, looking back. That was a game we should have won.

Or 7-9 could have lost the Dallas and TB games-easily.

we could have lost all the other ones as we did but if we beat the skins in that one point loss we are in the playoffs NOW - and this strong victory today over the hated iggles could have propelled us ALL THE WAY,

Not showing up for 2 weeks was the killer, they did this to themselves they have no one else to blame...

We could do this all day...there were plenty of games they should have won but squandered. Philly, the Skins, Cincy, the Steelers.

The team did not play well enough throughout the entire year to earn a playoff spot. Fin.

+1.....

I don't know why those losses to Philly and especially vs. Washington standout for me so much. Those were two games that were lost in the trenches because we weren't tough enough and didn't execute.

No team's ever played in a super bowl in their home stadium, so I doubt it.

KilldriveThe killer was the first loss against Dallas in our home opening night. That set the tone and I knew then that the Giants players and coaches had no intention on defending their crown. Everything else after that was as expected: Lost games we should have won, no effort by the players, same old play calling by the coaches, lack of leadership both by coaches and players. Typical 7 out of 9 years of the Coughlin era.

6-10. Eli doesn't hit Cruz, game over.

Huh?????

That doesn't make any sense. Did you feel that way when they were 6-2 with a 2 game lead in the division?

Good point. Forgot about that one.
