They were possessed today. I don't understand why the Dline waited this long to click.

They defense sucked in the first half as much as Sanchez. The second half Coughlin must have gotten into Fewell's ears because I don't remember two blitz plays all season. The defense well with pressure. Pressure is a part of Giants football and today was good example of it.

When we blitzed, I thought I was going mad..they haven't blitzed in forever.

I liked their effort which seemed to increase as the game went on...JPP is an absolute pleasure to have on this team.

i thought it was more than just the blitz. it was Tuck actually pushing the tackle back, and thus actually setting up his outside moves. granted, it was against the jets own despised wayne hunter, but still, it was success, Tuck was actually shedding some blocks.

but yes, seeing some blitzes, even though they didn't get that much penetration off them, were still good at giving sanchez different looks, and keeping him out of rhythm, which you could see when sanchez got happy feet.

i have to admit, seeing those Spags-esque, gap pressure, roving predator defense was nice to see again. just seeing it gave me hope that the defense could succeed. although getting pressure from the ends is making tampa 2 incredibly viable now.
